Treasurer
25+ years in mortgage and banking. Jim runs the day-to-day operations at Cornerstone and is responsible for deploying capital — making sure deals close smoothly and every dollar is where it needs to be. When he’s not at the office, he’s courtside with a racket or watching a match. He loves all things bulldogs.
Cory Hill
Vice President
Your first call and the person who evaluates your deal. Cory has done every side of the construction business — from framing single-family homes to building large-scale shopping centers — so when he underwrites your project, he’s looking at it with a builder’s eye, not just a lender’s spreadsheet. Off the clock, you’ll find him restoring antique cars, riding motorcycles, or playing guitar.

An active CPA with deep expertise in accounting and capital markets, Doc handles strategic oversight, compliance, and capital allocation at Cornerstone. He brings the same discipline to lending that he brought to coaching — 26 years leading Central Boys High School to multiple state championships. He still loves sports and the competitive mindset that comes with them.
